We are so excited to have your child join our center! Please follow this procedure to register your child at Symmetry Early Learning Center.

1. Read through our Parent Handbook and make sure you understand our program, policies, hours of operation and fees.

2. Download, print and fill out the registration form. It must be properly filled out and signed where indicated before your registration will be accepted. Click here REGISTRATION FORM to download the registration form in PDF format.

3. Download, print and fill out the EMERGENCY MEDICAL TREATMENT  FORM

4. Download, print and fill out the PERMISSION TO PHOTOGRAPH FORM

5. Submit the completed forms along with a cheque for the registration fee and deposit, as well as  3 postdated cheques for monthly payment.
